Im a self employed lecturer and trainer and have been enjoying the perfect work life balance for the past year.
I have seen Tosca in Verona, flamenco in Saville, the wall in Berlin and Grayson Perry and Lucy Worsley in Buxton and keen to do more.
Celebrity crushes are Lucy Worsley and Professor Alice Roberts.. so a mixture of the two of them would be awesome..
I tend to watch TV on demand, which is a blessing for a child of the 70s, meaning the TV is only on when being watched.. otherwise it's radio 2, or CFM especially weekends with Ramesh, Paddy and liza, ( and Sally Traffic, Minster for transport.)
Like to read daily if I can, and prefer paper to a screen, currently working my way through Keith Moons autobiography.. it's thicker than War and Peace..
So any history or real crime based documentaries, HIGNFY, (Hislop for Prime Minister) Taskmaster, QI, WILTY, Ludwig(David Mitchell for Home secretary)
Do not do soaps or reality(fake TV) although I secretly watch Celebrity Masterchef.. and after seeing Celia Imre break wind on Traitors, I had to see it through to the end.
At my happiest poking around old antique shops, and love the wierd and unusual,(Buxton, Matlock and Bakewell are local favourites)
Enjoy planning weekends away, usually near a coastline or a city break with a gig or a show.
Both of my daughters are are 18 plus and live independently so im not bound by term times for a getaway, at last..!!
No hang ups, no baggage, No debts, straightforward and uncomplicated, would appreciate the same.
Own hair, teeth, car and apartment, and have no current plans to move or co habit which may be a deal breaker, but I also like my time and enjoy my independence.
If you add in a full time job, sleeping and separate activities, most relationships are part-time.. it's what you do together when you have that time that's important.
