About her
Well.. I'm not in the habit of writing adverts for myself. However, it seems quite a number of people I meet in general seem to warm to my personality. I'm easy to talk to, friendly, get along with a variety of company of all ages and backgrounds, kind - but not a doormat. I might be a bit idiosyncratic, don't mind having (as Mrs Merton would've said ) " a heated debate" on a variety of subjects...or just put the world to rights.. just don't expect me to have much of a critique of the latest sporting endeavours ..I'm afraid that's not a specialist subject of mine.
Whilst I'm friendly enough, I'm not clingy, I can spend hours and hours in solitude, doing my own projects or just getting on with something that needs doing. Therefore I'm never bored because I can always think of something to do if plans change.
So there, that's a snapshot of a few reasons to know me. Although I've had to write this, I usually subscribe to the belief that " self praise is no recommendation " ! 🙂

Hmm... I'm pretty open minded. I do believe opposites attract , so I wouldn't expect an ideal match to necessarily HAVE to have similar interests or beliefs. One thing which would be welcome is an appreciation of the countryside/ nature/ animals.
Obviously a shared interest in music is quite likely. I'm also quite interested in theatre/ film, although I'm starting to think the best ones are the old ones.
Historic, antiquated or just old and interesting things catch my attention, so it would be welcome but not essential if that proved a shared interest.
