I am at my happiest when I'm in the fresh air and think you can't beat a long walk in the countryside - preferably with a picnic stop or spot of blackberry picking. I love all sports but my favourite are cycling, tennis and hockey. I adore rugby but only on a strictly spectator basis(!) and am a keen supporter of the Welsh national team. I am passionate about art and enjoy drawing and painting in particular. I also love cooking and baking/making a mess in the kitchen...
