I live life to the full and am fun to be with, so I'm looking for someone with the same outlook. Hoping retirement will give me the opportunity to develop all my hobbies plus more activities. I enjoy theatre, music (classical mainly), concerts, books and eating out. I love travelling to new places at home and abroad, the English countryside, exploring historical sites and lazing on the beach (when not body-boarding or scuba diving). Interested in sailing. I am quite creative, including wood-turning and wood carving. Country walks and outdoor pursuits are activities that are much more enjoyable when shared, or cuddled up by log fire.
Caring, friendly, outgoing person and a good listener. I value honesty and integrity, and respect the opinions of others even if I dont agree with them (makes for a stimulating conversation). Simple things often give me great pleasure. I have a good sense of humour and often see the silly side of life!
