About her
I am loooking for someone like myself who although being of a happy and optimistic nature is lonely and wants to have a little laughter and fun back into life
I am healthey and energetic. I love gardening, music of most kinds, theatre and ballet. I also read a lot, mainly new novels but I do like the classics and read the odd one occasionaly.
I am a member of U3A and have joined several groups with interrests in some of the above activities.
I have recently moved to this area from Lincolnshire to live with my son and his partner. I have a lovely apartment within the house, and my own car, which I like to drive locally . but use the train for longer journey's.
I like to travel and last year I went to Canada and Alaska and this year I have been to Orkney and Shetland.
I also like to dine out in good restaurants , but I am also happy to stay in with a good book, or wath TV if there is anything worth watching

He must be good fun with a good sense of humour. However he must have a serious side and accept responsibility.I should like him to be well educated, but as long as his interrests are similar to mine, this is not of major importance.
