About her
Have you reached that point in your life where your family has left home, you are winding down from work and now want to enjoy your free time with somebody like-minded, fit, interesting and humorous?
That is where I am.
I am quite happy to travel, visit museums, art galleries, stately homes, films and plays etc. on my own, but it would be so much more fun to have someone to share it with and to enjoy a good meal and glass of wine together afterwards.
I have an MA in French and German, various marketing qualifications and have lived and worked in Europe in global sales, marketing and PR roles.
My interests are walking, skiing, horse-riding and dancing.
Twice a week I do a 'Clubbercise' class, which involves high octane dance moves to loud, upbeat music with a backdrop of flashing lights and waving glowsticks. It's great fun and leaves one buzzing - it feels like a Saturday night out on the town! I go to Ceroc freestyles when I can and do an 8 mile walk every Sunday with a walking group.
Plus, of course, I love travel, the arts and tasting new food and drink! My favourite countries are Switzerland and Iceland, because of the breath-taking scenery and the chilled people, but I am willing to be shown places further afield.
My daughter - now grown up and living away - competed at modern pentathlon to GB Junior Woman level, so I am fully conversant with the world of competitive sport, with all of its highs and lows.
I am looking for a man who takes care of himself, is full of energy and always looking for the next experience and adventure. A man who is good company and will be there through the good and the bad times - a true life partner.
