About him
I would like to meet someone who likes the look of me, who I am rather than what I have or do. Approaching the age of 65 I have no wish to retire or to have an old outlook on life but am conscious of having more years behind me than ahead. I am neither wealthy nor a property owner and live in a rented cottage in the heart of the countryside with four dogs, two cats and three chickens. The missing ingredient is human company. I am a practicing Christian and play the organ for services in a small rural parish church. I like trains, dogs and classical music. After a lifetime in public transport, I now listen to Classic FM all day while driving a taxi! If I had any money, I would buy a canal boat and spend the rest of my days on the waterways of England. That is quite enough for now - too many "I"s already!
