About him
I am divorced and looking for friendship or whatever feels right. I live in Fareham. I enjoy my painting and sculpture. Always busy, never bored would rather go for a walk than watch television.
I like the simple things in life such as walking on the beach and enjoying company. Eating out is something I’ve missed lately, I like to travel as much as I can, really like warmer climes and south of France is great.
I have no ideal type but love to chat and appreciate honesty and a sense of humour. Have been told that my sense of humour takes some getting used to, I think it’s just that I don’t take life too seriously or worry overly much.I try generally to be a positive person and feel that life is for living but would prefer company for the journey.
Following a professional career I had to retire early due to ill health, am a lot better now, but there are days when I can overdo things, because in my head I’m still 19. My aim is to enjoy life and to make the most of every day. I like simpler things like taking a left turn and discovering things in places I’ve never been to.
I am very open to chatting and seeing where it takes us,
hopefully that will be onto the road less travelled, less crowded and a place where life can be fun.

I have no ideal or preconceptions about a partner. Looks are certainly not important to me as I value a sense of humour and things such as loyalty and honesty far more.
I am looking for someone to share life with and to have fun. It would be great if we shared interests but if not then this can give us lots more to chat about. I am a tall athletic guy, although actual athletics is just a memory. I love to paint, sculpt and dine out, but rarely all at the same time. All I ask of my ideal match is that she is loyal and honest.
I think life should be like my electric bike, it’s great to have a bit of assistance on the inclines, and freewheeling down is great fun. I spend a fair amount of time admiring the view, life is such a gift so let’s not waste it. Anyway enough, am in danger of waffling so let’s talk.
