I am easy-going and contented by nature with a sense of humour that has been described as quick-witted and wicked. I am a very creative person and I like to believe that I can make something out of anything, whether it's a pile of MDF, a set of hard drive platters or food.
My job involves writing software for video-related equipment, which is challenging, rewarding and often entertaining. However, I also have a strong appreciation for art and enjoy visiting galleries and sculpture gardens.
In my spare time, I like listening to music, visiting the cinema, making things and going out for walks with friends, usually ending up in a country pub. I have a passion for photography and I am always on the lookout for holiday destinations with exotic scenery, fascinating buildings and bizarre museums.
I like to relax in my garden, which is another place where I can be creative. My passion flower seedlings in my previous house attempted to conquer the neighbourhood!
My taste in music is primarily Classical but with an electronic twist; I have been known to listen to tunes played on instruments as diverse as vegetables and dot-matrix printers.
I am quite independent and happy with my life but feel that great experiences are best when shared.
