Upbeat, feisty, still looking forward. I am often told people rarely forget me having once met me. A combination of the modern woman, independent and individual but still enjoying the sharing and caring of a relationship.
I've travelled quite a bit and lived in different places and have learned to enjoy many different cultures. That aside, I love cooking, gardening, music, all the things that make ones life warm and rewarding. An awful lot of "I" , very difficult blowing one's own horn. Much easier bumping into someone at Waitrose or a gallery or a cafe...
Having spent the last 10 years in southwest France, facing the Pyrenees renovating an old farmhouse, I've learned a lot about solitude (and how much I do need a laugh at times) .Life is a journey, hopefully not alone. So I have come back to the UK to a small village near near Salisbury. Certainly different . But have kept a house in Normandy for another adventure. Care to join me?
