About him
Young at heart, in body and mind; scientist but into classical music and the arts; quiet and reserved at first glance, but passionate and opinionated on the inside.
I like to live a clean lifestyle and keep in good shape, and so stay relatively youthful ("about 32" and "a PhD student" are what two people guessed recently!) I go to the gym and walk everywhere.
Really into classical music and go to concerts in London whenever I can. Also like browsing the museums and galleries there. Keen photographer, appreciate architecture. Like to get out and go for long country walks, travel and explore a new small town or city.
Believe in some old-fashioned values such as being on time and looking after a lady, but also think in the 21st century we should be equal partners in a relationship with our own careers and interests, while being there to love and support each other. I should add, my profile may sound serious, but people tell me I have a sense of humour, and I always enjoy sharing silly fun and laughter with the one I love.
So what am I looking for? I would like to find someone who, like me, doesn't drink alcohol at all as that's important to me; someone who looks after herself and is in good shape; and someone with an interest in classical music, the arts, and some of the simple but fun activities that I enjoy doing at the weekend. Oh, and someone who is not religious. I'm always tolerant of people's differences and get on well with people of various faiths, but I feel my partner should be someone who is like me.
By the way, I have a fairly good, stable job at a research institute, but think it could be time for a new challenge soon, so if you are established in a different location, relocation and finding something new would be an option for me.
