About her
Friendly, caring and empathic are the three things others tell me about myself and I have always worked in those roles. Currently working as a college lecturer and counsellor in private practice. I love music, singing, playing the piano and writing my own songs. I am part of a large caring family and grown up daughters with three gorgeous grandchildren.
I love the sea, the countryside, concerts, reading and water colour painting. I have lived and loved and survived to tell the tale! Being friends with someone is the first and most important part of any relationship. I am not sure what my future holds and am prepared to wait and see. My Christian faith is integral to everything I do and has made me who I am. I love life and the possibility of new things at any time. I believe I have a good sense of humour and a wide range of interests.

Someone who is intelligent, thoughtful, enjoys fresh air and the countryside but likes eating out and socialising with friends. I would ideally like to meet someone who enjoys music and some of the same things as I do but it is good to have one's own interests as well. I really don't mind so much about things as I do about what a person is really like on the inside. This only comes with spending time getting to know someone, there is no substitute for this.
Even though we are encouraged to put what we want here sometimes life can surprise us. A good sense of humour but without sarcasm, enjoyment of the finer things but someone who sees the simple things in life and rejoices in them. Who knows who is out there?!
