About her
I have wonderful friends and family (I am the eldest of four!) all of whom are extremely important to me. I was brought up in rural mid Wales and love the wildness and beauty of the countryside - there is nothing better than a walk on a blustery day, a pub lunch/ picnic followed by a glass of wine (or two) snuggled up infront of a roaring fire. (I know everyone says this - but I really do!) I am equally happy in the bustling vibrancy and cultural diversity of a city. Music is very important to me, particularly classical, opera, jazz and folk. Before having a family I was fortunate enough to do a bit of travelling which I loved particularly Egypt, Northern India and Central America. I also love visiting cities whether its a beer and tapas in Barcelona or opera in Vienna. I really enjoy discovering and learning about different histories and cultures . I am very comfortable socialising in formal settings, but am also extremely happy in my walking boots, jeans and jumpers in the ruggedness of Pembrokeshire, the Lake District or Cornwall. I have two wonderful children who are extremely special, they have a good relationship with their father so I am not looking for a surrogate dad, rather a fun-loving male role model. We have a great deal of fun - often the simple things in life, putting up a tent, swimming in the sea, listening to the owls at night. I am not a fan of nightclubs or football, but (as a Welsh lass) love rugby. I have recently started cycling again, would love to start riding again and am keen to learn to ski. I am a rusty fiddle player and would love to learn to play the oboe. Life is about sharing experiences whether a beautiful sunset , travelling to exotic lands or a Sunday afternoon on a December day.
