I have a wide variety of interests including art,music, theatre, ballet, yoga,swimming,reading, cooking. I have traveled quite widely over the years and have lived both in New York and Jeddah,Saudi Arabia, both for 11 years. I have written articles on health and herbalism for newspapers in Saudi. I have been a yoga teacher for over 30 years although am winding this down now.
I lo ve am-dram and have been in several productions over the years.
I'm interested in plants and I like going to farmers' markets to shop.
