About him
Bored by reading over-inflated profiles I am very much a Mr Average, decent guy. You won't find me in Mcdonalds or on a smart phone ignoring the world as they walk by, a bit old-fashioned in some ways, in our fast moving world of today.
I do not have loads of friends or am well travelled or have any life threatening hobbies, (skiing, deep sea diving etc ) People who know me would I think say I was fun, friendly, a good listener, with a warm caring nature.
I enjoy the simple things in life, main passions music (being a Piano Teacher in and out of School I suppose that is a good idea!) and a a wide variety and Comedy, I like a laugh best ever for me Fawlty Towers.
Possibly having had great 'older parents' 'I'm not at all materialistic, or a fashion guru but am easy (and eager) to please, not a great party goer or have any interest in social media.
I enjoy walking around countryside and towns, talking-current affairs, listen to various radio stations. Theatre,- watching and recently retired from AmDram after 16 years. Vising historic buildings. Happy to try new things with the right partner
I read that one in three never meet anyone via internet dating, well so far after 4+ years on and off that has been true for me, here's hoping...well it's now over, rarely got a reply and very few matches seem to like classical music so is the classic fm advert e harmony was just as bad and across the room a so called quality matching service was a total waste of £400 the boss suggested I seek councelling, charming!! Well at the grand old age of 52, it looks like I will stay reluctantly single , as feared internet dating failed, so much for the exciting modern lifestyle, bring back the old days!!!
