I have 2 wonderful sons, neither live with me.
I have learnt to appreciate solitude and independence but believe that sharing and caring in all forms of relationships is so nourishing and good for our well being.
I appreciate beauty, good manners and authenticity.
I appreciate ballet , opera and theatre. Have been to quite a few of the Live Cinema showings.(NY MET, ROH, Bolshoi, Marinsky, NT) I try to visit Opera Houses when travelling.
I am interested in architecture, and art. I don't understand some of the modern stuff.

Not a pub person unless traditional country ones, not a big drinker(good red wine) , a pescatarian healthy lifestyle.
I enjoy simple travel, exploring/getting lost, volunteer work, meeting the locals,( 137 countries)
I enjoy photography, nature ,gardening, World cinema /music, being outdoors have a tiny place in the mountains in a World Heritage Area observing wildlife, hiking, (skiing,snowboarding for sons / friends ) the North Greek Islands...a 3 hour drive through the mountains.
Used to ski,(knees!) bit of sailing and riding (like animals a lot)
Tried hot air balloon, flying, gliding,waterski,paraglide,white water rafting,scuba ,diving ,swim with manta rays and dolphins in the wild , high altitude trekking 6100m Himalaya, Patagonia, watching whales in Antartica.
Love walking , yoga, a qualified holistic masseuse.
Feeling free and uncluttered. My best times are when I have no plan and I allow stuff to happen.
I value silence, simplicity, stillness and wilderness in preference to my younger days of crowds, parties and small talk.
