About her
I always try to see the humorous side to life. I think the ability to laugh at oneself as well as at life is very important. I would love to meet someone who can make me laugh - I appreciate a clever wit - as laughter is the best tonic.
I am sporty and active - when I'm not injured! I play tennis weekly and golf occasionally (only occasionally because I like to play in sunshine...). I enjoy dancing, especially modern jive. I like to walk in the countryside or along the coast. I am a football fan. Last year, I fulfilled an ambition by getting my PADI qualification.
I really enjoy singing and am in a choir (or two), which provides the opportunity to socialise and travel. I enjoy travelling, and would love to find a partner to accompany me on my holidays, whether they be relaxing, exploratory or adventurous holidays. I have recently joined an art class which, somewhat against my better judgment, I am beginning to enjoy thoroughly!
I am very easy company. I am as content to stay at home and read or watch a drama on TV as I am to dine out or go to the theatre or socialise.
I am probably a typical Gemini (unsubstantiated!) in that I have two sides to my personality. I am shy when I am with people I don't know, but I am gregarious when I am with people I know and like. So that's your challenge: find the gregarious me!

I would like to meet someone who is humorous, kind, caring, intelligent, moral and sincere. Oh yes - and well-mannered!
Although I have a relatively active social life, I would love to meet someone with whom I can share my life and hopefully some of my interests. Ideally I would like my Mr Right to be able to dance or be prepared to try to learn to dance - jive dancing requires a partner and how wonderful it would be to be held by a man I love rather than by a stranger!
