I'm a 53 year old mum of 3 grown up graduate kids, 2 of whom currently live with me though I hardly ever see them due to their jobs.
My days are positive and sunny always, I spent too many years getting stressed and down about stuff, so now I try to enjoy everything!
I'm an instrumental teacher/performer on sax, clarinet and flute and I am musical director of a swing band and a concert band.
I get immense pleasure from my friends and my children, they give me energy and help me keep my sense of perspective.

Despite having a career, my proudest achievment is being a mum, I think Ive done a good job.
Life is an awfully big adventure and I'm enjoying my 50's enormously, I do wish I still had the energy that I had when I was 27, then I could fit more into every day.
