WYSIWYG. Bodywork reasonable condition for year, own hair and teeth (current situation!) and a full set of marbles (have been known to mislay them occasionally).
I have been a photographer since I left school, working in the scientific and medical fields for much of it, latterly running the the video side for a local schools and graduation company near Redhill. Took the decision a few months ago to become fully retired, although I do still offer an 'advice' service if required!
A realistic outlook on life, reasonable cook, likes an occasional drink, loves animals (at present I act as butler to a cat, but seriously considering adding a rescue dog to the mix), reading (most things), music varied and wide ranging (60's to country to classical), DIY (just finished 'renovating' an older property, and ready to start the decorating again!) and gardening but decidedly not green fingered, though I have discovered that having a greenhouse can be fun, and things don't die as often!
Open minded but not political, spiritual but not deeply religious. Decidedly old fashioned when it comes to family values and good manners! Involved with charity radio broadcasting (far too many years!), concerts but not often enough (have you seen the price of tickets?!), and in any case, much more fun when not on your own. Lots of things still to do and see, and always better if they can be shared and memories built from them. Anything else please ask about, I have no secrets.

Much as above really, although differences do make a relationship. A willingness to be involved in each others hobbies/likes is also a good thing, but not exclusively, someone to share in whatever life throws your way. Must love animals, but not exclusively cats! Someone to be there at those special moments, which may not be that dramatic but just important, and also for the moments which are more mundane. Should not be afraid of being themselves, and of small displays of public affection...like holding hands or the occasional 'sneaky' kiss!
