About him
I love stimulating conversation over a glass (or two) of wine. My day to day business in marketing has trained me up to be a better listener and I am still improving but watch out for the occasional one-liner! The use of language fascinates me.
I might appear reserved at first but it's simply my way of getting to know you.....that'll be me listening to what you are saying!
A solid, trustworthy type who is always happy to help but will warn in advance if I feel I'm being taken advantage of.
I care a great deal about the people around me and who are close.
Not keen on the overbearing loud types who don't practice what they preach. Often they preach at high volume and with no respect for others.
Not a great fan of bullshit but been known to enjoy the occasional slice of dry wit - especially useful as a defence against BS!
If our conversation tails off, it can be easily reignited by opening a discussion on music, the beauty of nature or any ridiculously funny stories that you have recently read or heard about.
If you hear me singing, don't laugh too loudly. I'm an "apprentice" baritone in a male voice choir! We sing covers from the shows, chart hits and a smattering of classic numbers too. As a singer, I still have much to learn and many proper notes to hit!
My outlook on life is acknowledge that I have a unique gift (as we all do) and take full advantage of it.
Keen to leave a legacy through the business I am building with the help of my business associates.
How do I view the perfect relationship? It could be summed up as follows and in no particular order:
1. Laughter not shouting
2. Full respect for each other's qualities and personality traits.
3. Full respect for each other's contribution, whether it be through work or leisure, to society or for the environment.
4. Allow each other to retain their own personal identity.
I am a proud father of three beautiful daughters, aged 14,16 and 18.
