I love the simple things in life ~ friends, family, animals, the countryside and beaches and birds and bees and a delicious meal in a lovely setting from far horizons to the local cafe.. and put me by the water with the sun shining down and I am at my most happy! I enjoy property and relocated from London to Devon a few years ago to happily renovate a little cluster of holiday cottages which are now sold. I am in the process of renovating a property project. I also work part time. I would like to meet someone who loves the countryside but also the sophistication that a city can bring and with whom I can explore, have interesting conversations, share ideas and interests and laughter. I love the outdoors and feel lucky that I am young for my years and feel life is for living still!

My ideal match would somehow be expanding horizons rather than downsizing and shrinking into a life that doesn't excite any more. If you like people and animals too, have a sense of style and enjoy socialising as well as having quiet cosy evenings in front of the fire,then we would get on famously.
In your head you would be younger than your years, you don't need to be a fitness fanatic but you can still stride across an empty beach! I love people with an inner energy and some spontaneity ... that makes for fun and interesting times and of course if you enjoyed music and the arts that would be a bonus
It’s important to me that you are quite independent and would have things that you enjoying doing without the involvement of me… I say this because it seems that a lot of people seem to want to find someone who is available and keen to spend almost 100% of time together.. Because I am quite a busy bee I would ideally like to meet someone who is also busy, or perhaps still works and not wishing for a 24/7 relationship. I suppose I feel quality in a relationship is more important than quantity!
