I am warm, friendly and fun-loving. I believe in honesty and loyalty and place great value on my friendships both old and new. I enjoy all kinds of music - classical, rock, jazz and pop and love going to hear live music in all these genres. I love a dance too!
Travelling is another of my great pleasures - I love to ski when I get the chance and have visited Colombia, where my son who is a journalist lives, which is a fascinating place in spite of its bad reputation. This year i did a fabulous trip to S Africa for a family wedding on a game reserve - a unique experience.
I enjoy Pilates, keeping fit and all things cultural. I love cooking, especially Italian as my roots are in Italy.

My ideal match would someone who enjoys life and who is functional, competent and not in a complicated situation. I have three grown-up kids, so someone who is also a father to adult children would give us a similar perspective on life.
