About her
Well, I can say all the usual things here - about me being warm and loving, loyal, open and honest, enthusiastic at whatever I decide to do and fun to be with - and they would be true (of course). But really, you need to meet me and discover the deep down person who still feels exited by life and wants to share it. We are all on here for the same reason I suppose - to have another stab at finding that very special person, that I can call my partner, soul mate and best friend.
I have not long moved into the area for work, I still have a home in Lancashire at the moment. I am an outgoing sort of person, enjoy being sociable and also being quite and in my own company as well. I enjoy life, from doing the simple every day things to planning something special but it would be much better sharing those things with someone special.

An optimist by nature, I like to see my cup half full rather than half empty and would like to meet someone similar with an inner sunshine! I enjoy a wide range of things country walking - especially to nice pubs, spending time with friends, eating out, gardening, reading, holidays and open to new things to see if I enjoy. Having a good share of happy times and fun has always featured in my life and often that is by doing the simple things, but with the right person.
A persons values and outlook on life are important to me, I hate game players and manipulators. My friends are important to me, I am a big dog lover but lost my golden retriever just a few months ago.
Not travelled as much as I would have liked in recent years, I visited India last year with a friend and that was really special, very much like to go back. I Lived in Canada for a few years in my twenties and would like to have another adventure in the not to distant future - lets face it, life is to short to not be making the most of it - if you agree, then maybe we have other things in common as well and it would be lovely to hear from you....

This is where it get's even harder, if only it was as easy as putting together a list of "must have" features. I suppose everyone has a few non negotiable things by the time they get to this stage in their lives. So yes kindness and an interest in getting to know me fits that category. Outlook on life is also a big one as is having a good sense of humour and enjoying a laugh. Other than that, its all about enjoying each others company, compromise and seeing if we have that spark …..can't wait to find out!
