About her
Knights and damsels are just in fairy tales now but I´m still looking for my hero and a happy ending! I love to travel but find it´s better with someone at your side. Food, cooking, wine, reading, gardening, the feel of the sun on my back and listening to Test Match Special (!) are all on my list of pleasures. I am a member of the NT and would love to have someone to share days out with. After I lost my four-legged friend to that great kennel in the sky I have kept walking regularly to try to stay fit, as well as doing Yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes. Friends say I´m confident, witty and have a touch of the Capricorn stubbornness about me! Like most people I enjoy the finer things in life, but that doesn't mean I can´t have fun with a simple picnic or fish and chip supper. It all depends if the company´s right!

Honesty, kindness and a zest for life along with a sense of humour and love of travel would all rate highly in my eyes. (A horse and suit of armour are optional!) Some other shared interests would be useful but it´s also good to be introduced to new outlooks and hobbies. I think that being too prescriptive at this stage might deter certain people so I´m keeping "the checklist" brief! I´ve lived in sunnier climes for 15 years and am looking for someone with a sunny and bright disposition to cheer up the (often) gloomy skies in the UK. I´m afraid deal breakers would be smoking and body art - call me shallow but they´re not for me!
