I am spontaneous, authentic, fit (walking swimming), intelligent, love cooking, travel, meeting new people, the buzz of cities, as well as the peace and beauty of the countryside.
Happy with an interesting book, curled up on a sofa, rather than watching television
Loyalty, integrity, confidence and a loving nature are qualities I honour and optimistically look for in others.
My favourite instrument is the saxophone - Dr Saxglove in particular has an incredible range of music, good rhythm and easy listening ( you tube not Spotify ) at the end of a day, glass of wine, someone to share with and relax together.
Volunteered with Victim Support helping victims of crime, and also St Peter’s Hospice during Covid lockdown supporting clients through loss of loved ones.
My working life has afforded me diverse experience, owning two retail shops, property management, and drawing on my academic qualifications in the health care sector.
It is now time to address work / life balance ( semi retired ) and focus more on leisure time, travel and having some fun.

Qualities that really matter in my book are to be a truly genuine person, first and foremost, then honesty and sincerity are way up in the top 99.9 per cent, not too many health issues or carrying baggage from previous hurts,
Preferably semi or fully retired.
Walking (mountains, woods or beaches) and swimming ( nothing too strenuous) so if you like keeping relatively fit, that would be a huge plus as well.
