I am often described as quiet and I don't mind doing hard work when it's needed.
I am close to my family - some of whom live some distance away but we keep in touch as often as possible.
About 20 years ago I got into stargazing as a hobby and since then I have travelled to many places in England, Europe and the rest of the world in search of interesting holidays some of which have also included cultural elements with the occasional 100% stargazing break in the middle of nowhere with like-minded companions who I have not previously met.
I run a local stargazing club in my hometown and I am a member of another organisation which runs public events in one of the darkest areas of England, which can be great for stargazing and also has wide open spaces I can go walking in.
I am a reasonable cook and when I moved into my own house some 15 years ago I surprised myself with my culinary exploits
From my traveling and stargazing adventures I started up my own website about 5 years ago
I am a fairly tolerant person and I enjoy listening to ClassicFM in the car on a daily basis.
