About him
Hmmm... what to include? Here goes... My family have been farmers here near North Walsham in Norfolk since the early part of last century, however I decided not to follow my father into the farm but entered into a long and successful career in the North Sea oil and gas business... both of these phases of my life I remember with great fondness.
I have two beautiful daughters aged 28 and 25 who both completed their masters degrees... the eldest is now in the police force and the youngest is teaching at an international school in Frankfurt Germany. I am immensely proud of and have a wonderful relationship with them both.
I am of medium "stocky-ish" build and consider myself reasonably attractive and intelligent (with inordinate amounts of natural modesty of course!). I am retired now and and have been a keen regular squash player for over 35 years and I am most definitely a non-smoker! I am constructing a family history project, which I find fascinating, using Apple's MacBook Pro and their "photos" software and I like to visit country fairs, vintage rallies and museums etc. I am very much a people person with a great circle of friends, have a sharp sense of humour and like to enjoy life and have fun. I'm an avid reader and take a keen interest in current affairs, business, politics, travel, sport (particularly MotoGP and World/British Superbikes) and history (particularly the 20th century).
