About her
I'm creative, forthright, romantic, a little contrary, occasionally bookish and very hard-working, sadly, due to a demanding clinical training. It won't go on for ever! I like R4, R3 and I have a penchant for old comedy shows on R4Xtra. I like animals, and behave very sentimentally with them. I have discovered a liking for Jilly Cooper, who writes beautiful character sketches of dogs. I suspect I'm probably quite shy underneath, but do a good job of pretending. I'm a bit of an intuitive introvert, if that means anything to you.
I itch to get outdoors in the fresh air every day and I have a pair of under used walking boots that I'd gladly make more of. I do a job that sometimes preoccupies me and it would nice to find someone who is happy to hold the fort, emotionally, and be tolerant when I'm working late, which I do a bit at the moment.
I take a bit of getting to know, and I'm not perfect, so you'll need to be patient with me, but when I do, I love strongly and well. If you're good at hieroglyphics, Beattie place plus oxlitgrad is the thing.

Well... I want the moon, obviously! I know from experience that I do best with someone who is kind and steady, mature, self-assured, compassionate and humorous and - probably most of all - patient with a hard-working partner and sympathetic toward what they do. We will both need space and time to pursue our own things as well as loving each other :-). Someone who appreciates classical music and enjoys landscape would be nice; an intellectual companion who can cook, recite and speak another language, perhaps. I am a bit of a technophobe and happily go for a day without checking my phone. I draw and paint, so if you do too, that would be fun, possibly even competitive, and my particular thing is singing.
