I am pretty content with life but would still like to have that one special person in it. I'm interested in history, especially the American Civil War, and increasingly in WW1. I'm intrigued by etymology and love languages. I'll come back to this later!

I'd like to meet a man who is honest, and kind. Ideally someone who is in touch with his emotions and happy to talk about them if necessary. I think friendship is a good place to start, hopefully leading to something more. I love going to the cinema and theatre, but not so keen on pubs and clubs. For me a deal breaker would be lying and deceit of any kind. Oh and smoking.
