About him
Anglo-Scottish by upbringing I have always lived in London. I have had a long career in printing and publishing, mainly book design and production, working freelance for 27 years. I am based in London and visit the Hebrides regularly where I have a gazebo and chalet overlooking the sea, …and a boathouse for my kayaks. London is the most stimulating place in the world and the Hebrides the most ancient and least spoiled coastline of Europe. I love the contrast. My London dream is a house on the river near a slipway for my kayak.
I enjoy walking and any sort of boating. My travels range from Antarctica to the Mediterranean and the ever stimulating USA.
