Age is only a number and I can still get the most out of my life.I am positive,fun and and certainly not a couch potato! I have a cheerful disposition and always see the funny side of things and would describe myself as light hearted,self assured,and down to earth.A sense of humour is important to me in a relationship.
I have always had a thirst for travel having lived in Australia worked my way round the vast country.I also went to New Zealand and Tasmania and on my way home backpacked round
Indonesia and Singapore.I have had the usual holidays in Europe and seen USA and Cuba too.I’m more of a warm weather person so trips tend to be to a warmer climate.
Being a practical person I am happy pottering around doing a bit of DIY and decorating which actually I enjoy!
I have always kept myself healthy and trim and I enjoy long/ short walks either with friends or a walking group.My interests are quite versatile such as Genealogy, Painting ( Watercolour),and The Arts.Bit of a culture vulture! Enjoy the theatre/cinema,concerts,galleries and exhibitions locally or in London.
l am a member of the RHS,U3A and I volunteer for the National Trust.
