Sorry folks I am not very photogenic as you can see by my shots, it is a good job we don't have to pay to get them developed these days as so many have been put in the bin.
I am a happy, friendly, bubbly person with a big heart and body to match. I love traveling to France with my dog, although that has lost some of its magic since being on my own and my dog is not a good conversationalist. I love music of most genre. I play in a brass band. I enjoy helping at the Dementia Cafe where I am known as the pudding lady as they all seem to enjoy my desserts. I like to read and listen to music. I do like to have pleasant conversations and put the worlds to rights rather than just sitting in front of the television. I like picnics and the countryside, though walking is not as good as I would like. My friends say I am always happy, make them laugh and when things get tough I knuckle down to lend a hand. I dislike animal cruelty and hunting. I was a senior laboratory technician and latter in life retrained as a medical secretary which I did part time while being a director and company secretary and general factotum in a business owned by my late husband and myself.

A kind and thoughtful man, someone to make me laugh, share those special moments and just to be there if needed. He must like my dog and respect her needs as well as mine. He must like traveling or just going out on day trips with the odd meal out. I would like him to be able to hold a conversation, on many subjects not just sport or other male orientated activities. I think I may have used the word must a bit too often, but these are the things that are important to me. I would love to meet a good companion to share and enjoy these later years in life as I still have a lot to give and many more miles on the clock (hopefully). I would love to meet a man who likes to hold hands in public, cuddles on the sofa and have loads of laughs with.
