About him
I'm an early-retired senior local gov't officer and now a man of leisure, and (over 36 months) separated. Quick thrills seem to be easy enough to find. But something more meaningful and secure, less so.
I have loads of life experience, good and otherwise - so I bring loads of baggage too. But I'm generally easy-going, immature (!) and playful!
I have a wide range of interests/passions - too many to keep up adequately, including: Music- Opera/Operetta/Oratorio / amateur theatre; Languages - esp. French; Gardens; Pets - Oriental cats; parrots, dogs, aquaria (though I currently have none of these); Travel - including cruises; Classic caravans - Eriba, Airstream; Food and Drink: etc. etc. etc...
I'm a glass half full, optimistic type and generally land on my feet ... so I'm optimistic about this site too (but haven't struck gold yet)! Top or Vers will enhance compatibility...
I have to add though that if you are older and/or carrying more weight than me, we're unlikely to click - sorry.
Footnote: having completed all the profiling .. please don't take all of it as absolute gospel - I have answered the questions entirely honestly, but sometimes several answers were appropriate to varying degrees, being forced to chose just one, can skew the picture. About his ideal match
My image of what I (think I) really appreciate would be an olive-skinned, black/dark haired, brown eyed, hirsute mediterranean type, younger than myself. However I have often been surprised to find all types and variations attractive .. Ultimately, the person within is unarguably the most important factor.
In terms of activities, I'm really not sure about the 'opposites attract' theory - surely the more we can share together the less we do apart - and I'd love to find the closest match of my life to date. I need plenty of kissing and cuddles.
Deal breakers - probably anyone much older than myself and any more 'hefty' .. ..
