Good soul, albeit somewhat dented. I have seen, explored and experienced much of the world, having lived, travelled and worked abroad for many years. This, and being somewhat restless by nature, has made it difficult fitting in and finding the right fit.
I have a great capacity for love, and a lot to give. I can be slow in opening up, but will do so with the right person, with the right keys, and will be loyal and a friend for life.
I want to share my love of exploration, mountains, the sea, the desert, the wild and cold places ... and music, as well as other things! While I do like some stability in life - everyone needs an anchor - I do get bored with the routine and need things new and challenging ... up to a point!

A serious, passionate and mature woman, a fellow explorer / traveller with a sense of fun, humour and a dry wit.
You have to be natural, as comfortable donning a pair of hiking boots and walking in the rain, skiing in a blizzard, long distance / open-water swimming or sailing less than calm seas, as dressing to kill for dinner. While I enjoy new experiences and meeting new people, I am not the party animal or social butterfly! Relaxed occasions with a few friends is more my scene.
I am (slowly) winding down to (early) retirement and desire a companion who has the time and financial means to join me in exploring and experimenting with the new ... NOW (or at least for a goodly amount of time) ... not years into the future. Who knows, potentially also to relocate? Life is too short and chock-full full of surprises!
