Bright, funny, thoughtful and kind I am starting to explore the possibility of sharing my happy times with someone new, having been contentedly single for a few years. I appreciate a wide range of musical genres, as well as spending time out of doors, cooking and eating out. In my spare time I also practise yoga and meditation and a spiritual outlook is an important part of who I am, particularly Eastern traditions such as buddhism though I am also interested in the commonalities between this and other faiths such as christianity. I work in the helping professions which I find very rewarding and as such am also focused on maintaining a good work life balance.

I am looking for someone with curiosity to explore all that life has to offer - perhaps an activity or music or some other experience not tried before. I am looking for someone who is gentle and kind and can also take things with a pinch of salt when necessary.
