About her
I love to move and to laugh. I often do both when I'm dancing around my kitchen to my favourite music as I cook. I also love to cook, especially dishes I have discovered during my many years living overseas. I think preparing great food for people I care about is an expression of love.
I am kind, caring and thoughtful. I'm also quite funny, with a dry wit. My friends say I have a big heart. I'm smart, intuitive, honest and trustworthy. People can rely on me.
I've been told that I am calm and measured. But those who know me well know I am capable of great passion and excitement. I feel things deeply but don't always show it.
I'm most at home outside in nature with my dog. We run together most evenings and our local 5km park run at weekends. I love the coast and the hills, feeling rain on my face and wind messing up my hair (it is England, after all!). I'm also very comfortable dressing up for a special occasion. Staying active is very important to me.
My dream evening would be laughing with good friends and family. I'm ready for another dream - good times with someone special.
