Hi,
I am finding it quite hard to describe myself!
I am a northerner born and bred but have moved south quite recently for work. I love dramatic scenery and enjoy being in the outdoors, particularly the Scottish Highlands, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, although I am starting to love the Chilterns as well. I have also enjoyed a bit of travelling but would love to do more!
I like to do a lot of different things! Reading, walking, running, crafting (all sorts), playing music (I am a brass player) cycling, baking and cooking to name a few. I am one of those people who are interested in everything and I always like to try new things!
I have a keen interest in history and like to visit historic sites such as castles, historic houses and the odd museum in my spare time.
I absolutely love animals! I don't have any at present but would love to in the future, especially a cat and a dog.
I think I am quite easy going most of the time. I try to go with the flow, as they say. I do like to keep busy but also like to relax at the end of the day in front of the TV. I like a lost of different TV genres, comedy, drama, Sci fi (my taste is not always highbrow!) I am more interested in a quiet night in or a drink at the pub rather than clubbing.
I would love to meet someone who I can enjoy my time with. Someone with similar interests but who is an independent person.
