About her
A lover of people, funny, warm and definitely an extrovert. I am a very good listener, am positive and love to bring friends together. I am good at expressing myself in writing but love best to talk. I am an audio, sound sensitive being who loves music and speaking French and Italian more and more.
I love playing music with others especially classical music at the moment but also enjoy pop, blues, anything beautiful and with harmony. I am in a string orchestra which is fantastic and would love to start a madrigal singing group too. I play the piano and clarinet in an old folks home twice a week and am in a ukulele band.
My other hobbies are hockey and tennis. I'm quite good at both really and play in local clubs. This makes for some social time too otherwise I go to friends' houses for a drink or a meal or I have them over to my place. I love a pint of real ale in a nice pub after a bike ride, say, or a walk.
My dad has died this year and it has made me realise just how I only have one go at life myself too and how I want to get on with it as fully as I can. I am all about connexion. This is what I love for myself and for my community locally and abroad with my twin town in France. While great at linking others I would really like a relationship of my own now - a relationship of deep connexion, communication, ongoing mutual 'spark', fun and companionship - especially fine if that person is a musician too,

Someone who is happy to be herself and do her thing, let me do mine too but then also love doing things together. Someone who loves to play music would be fantastic but otherwise someone who loves to listen to music.
Intelligent, emotionally aware and a good communicator I would love you to enjoy time with me but also with my friends and for you to love sharing your friends with me too.
Concerts, meals out, meals in playing cards, watching films, dancing, walks, singing round the piano, trips to France even..if you could speak French too that'd be really 'chic' :-) but it's not a deal breaker.
