I am completely new at this and very unsure. However, I like to try new things and meet new people. I believe I'm an interesting and creative person, with lots to offer and if all else fails, I'm pretty funny too.
I am an eternal optimist, masquerading as a realist. I spend my spare time in the basement of my local museum, reading, painting or coming up with creative ways to entertain myself.
I value kindness and empathy. Good manners, a ready sense of humour and a general openness to the world are important to me. We're all complicated and fascinating. I believe that everyone has worth.
I currently studying for a BA in Classical Studies and English Lit, with the intention of eventually earning my PhD and becoming a museum curator.

About her ideal match
I don't really have an 'ideal'. I find people in general to be very interesting and worth spending time on. However, as a bare minimum, I'd like to meet someone who is adventurous and has an interest in academics. Learning in general is a big thing for me. I don't care what level of education someone has, but a thirst to learn new things is a must.
I'm a creative person, so I'd like someone who would be able to embrace that and have fun with it.
Being a reader would also be helpful because I consume books like food.
Really, I just enjoy the company of people who have a passion for something. Anything.
Deal breakers for me are intolerance of any kind, rudeness, apathy and wilful ignorance.
