Hello - where to begin?! Well I think I am a fun, gentle and caring - glass full sort of person. Definitely an optimist, happy but missing someone to share life's adventures with. All so much more enjoyable with the Right person. I adore the countryside - definitely NOT a city person. I am so appreciative of nature, animals and wildlife and in particular our beautiful British countryside, much of which I have still to explore. I enjoy walks in the countryside, exploring small towns and villages with quaint shops, cafes and country pubs. I'm learning how to garden so any tips would be good! I enjoy the cinema, theatre, concerts, village activities and all that our local country town has to offer including wonderful festivals. We are lucky in that we have a wealth of local talent. I’ve recently joined a choir which is fun, My dress is casual but I love to dress up when the occasion arises. I eat healthily, mostly vegetarian and fish - but enjoy dark chocolate and wine! I keep fit by walking, zumba, pilates and yoga. Family and friends are extremely important to me and I have 3 grandchildren whom I adore. I see them as often as I can but they live a long distance away. I enjoy socialising and meeting friends, old and new.

I have no fixed ideas on the man who will possibly turn out to be my soulmate but we will know when we meet. Someone on my wavelength, positive attitude to life, love of the outdoors and the Arts, warm hearted and kind and tactile. A sense of humour always helps.
