I am honest, straight forward, non judgemental, I care, but won't be taken advantage of. I am a professional artist, I paint, love reading, listening to music. A good sense of humour is very important to me, I love to laugh, I enjoy life.
I like intelligent discussions, debates. Age is just a number for me. I am unwilling to think myself old. I teach art weekly, write publicity articles for a company. Physically I am not that active, simply because I lead an active, interesting life, it's all very chilled, no stress. I frequently meet up with friends, go to the cinema with them. Once a month a concert, classical music. That is not the only music I like! I have been to Jazz festivals.
Sunday evening is pub quiz ( I am not too great at that). It's good fun, not to be taken too seriously by any of us. That of course hasn't happened lately, hopefully we are soon on the turning point. Why am I on Classic FM Romance? I can understand your question. I have lady friends, really good friends, but it is different to spend time with a gentleman, a man to share travelling, go out to the theatre etc together.
Well, I wrote this a while ago and I am truly fumbling in the dark, especially after I stopped dating for almost a year, but decided to give it another go.
My main photo was taken about two months ago (needed an up yo date one for an exhibition) .....the others are more hot of the press photos, only taken in the first few days in 2021. The last one is a few years ago (the smile hasn't changed, the face has just a bit). I am very aware that my age (I hate this "age thing") is not in my favour, my looks however are, I am told 😂 ( I am quite often addressed as my daughter-in-law's sister) Ridiculous, I know and please don't destroy the illusion 😐by asking yourself what she looks like. 🙄
I am trying to adjust my profile, but find it very important to stay true to me.

I don't know what sort of match I want, well I know I don't want to tie the knot again. A good friend, perhaps travel companion? It really depends on the person. I like to see what happens. I like a man who is intelligent, open to discussions. Who is caring, non judgemental, not domineering, has a good sense of humour. Has life experiences. I lead a very active life. I like life to be easy going, be spontaneous. I have been through all the heavy stuff and dealt with it. I love my independence, but depending how I get on, I am open to compromise and commitment and if this really amazing fellow comes along (no, no, no, I am not looking for a prince, don't be daft) that would just be grand.
I love theatre, opera and ballet, but I also love Jazz and even good Rock 'n Roll, it very much depends on my mood. A man sharing those interests would be lovely, but I am certainly open to introductions to something new.
