About him
I am an easygoing, tolerant and pleasant guy who takes people as I find them. I am also a little shy though and my self esteem is not the best but not to any neurotic degree. All I really expect from a person is that they are honest and have integrity and a positive outlook on life with a sense of humour: that is very important. I have a wide range of interests but I am most passionate about music particularly classical and I play the piano and classical guitar. I also love reading and travel particularly to Italy where I have been going every year for a while now. I enjoy cycling and long walks both alone and with others. Some people call me a bit of a loner and maybe that is true to an extent but I just take a while to really get to know people. I am geniunely interested in hearing about other people's experiences and don't expect much: let's see how it goes. I am up for friendship, possible romance, let's see. Genuinely interested in meeting anyone with similar interests who fancies a bit of company.

I would preferably like someone with the same interests as me in music, literature and travel but that would not be a deal breaker as I am interested in learning more about other interests and hobbies and having my outlook broadened. I would like to meet someone with a kind heart and a generous spirit though who enjoys beauty in simple things and is not too obsessed with money or materialism. I am a liberal person but I believe in free speech. I probably would not get on with someone overly political in outlook or someone with narrow views or who is not prepared to listen to others. I would love someone to talk to, to hang out with to go to the theatre and concerts with and just provide me with a bit of female company. The only deal breaker would be someone who has no sense of humour and someone who takes themselves too seriously.
