It would be nice to enjoy the things we have in common as well as the differences.
I like walking both here and abroad, walking holidays in Europe and relaxing at the beach. Discovering hidden wildflower meadows , waterfalls and lakes.
I enjoy art exhibitions, visiting galleries and going to the theatre, musicals or to see contemporary dance. There is always something to see in London !
A visit to a nice cafe or restaurant along with a gallery or theatre visit makes a lovely day out.
I have always enjoyed drawing and painting and go on drawing and painting courses and workshops from time to time.
I like cooking, trying new recipes , making cakes, gardening, listening to music, comedy, current affairs and discussions on the radio, dramas, documentaries and movies on tv.
Also reading.and relaxing to quiet calming music.
I enjoy doing my own workouts at home with exercises taken from gym classes and other sources and running.
It's also nice to potter about at home sometimes. I am trying to learn the piano and have to admit that it's slow progress 😏.
I went to school in Surrey and university in London and have lived abroad in the Caribbean, Zambia and Australia.
I work part-time as a hospital consultant and am looking to retire soon and spend more time with hobbies and holidays.
