I am an independent and intelligent person, rather introverted. I love wild beautiful places and fine food and drink (I have a wine fridge). I'm quite a good cook and like to make my own bread. My life revolves around music, politics and family and friends. I play the violin and sing in a choir. My musical tastes range from classical to folk. I love to dance, especially at folk festivals.
I am a member of the Green Party and environmentalism is a passion. I like to keep fit - mainly by walking, with geocaching for added interest sometimes. I love Europe, and have an ambition to visit all the countries in Europe and the larger islands - I still have quite a few to do. I like crossword puzzles and logic puzzles.
