I am a gentle, slightly silly, spiritually minded, nature lover.
Some of the little things I appreciate most in life include:
Moments of real human connection with family, friends, or strangers. Sharing support, or just really laughing together.
Instinctive feelings. Trusting my gut has brought inspirational friends and experiences into my life.
Time to enjoy the little moments . Comedy films, cheesy dancing whilst making dinner, having a coffee looking at the sky, post it notes with stick people drawings on. These are all worth it.
I love practicing meditation and good chats with friends. Walking in the woods or spending time in the park is really relaxing.
Acts of kindness are also something I genuinely value doing every so often like buying a tea for someone sleeping rough. I love making youtube videos on meditation and personal growth. I am passionate about helping people to live in happier more balanced ways through my work as a Reiki practitioner and personal coach.
I often use a mobility scooter to get around (that I have named 'Happy Feet or Thor God of Scooters ' because I liked both names.) I will happily take additional suggestions for cool names. Sometimes I move about on foot, or even on both my feet if I am feeling athletic... :) now that I think of it, I would love to be able to hop. That sounds awesome
Anyone up for teaching me?
I enjoy watching uplifting comedies and films and love lots of different forms of creativity. Plays, (I want to see more of them than I actually do!) books, ( inspirational stories and fantasy fiction) listening to music... The sound of the cello is so soothing . My tastes in music are fairly wide beyond classical . Fun is really valuable. I really enjoy travel. When usa travel opens again I would love to go back to boulder in colorado. It has a lovely energy, (and the pancakes are great).
It would be great to meet an equally silly, gentle person, who likes peaceful strolls and any of the stuff above .
