I have 2 adult children and 4 young grandchildren.
I'm honest, kind, gentle, caring, loving and generous. Yes, seriously! 😇
One of my interests is the 1940s, and I enjoy being a re-enactor at 1940s events around the country. 🕵🏻♂️ The wartime spirit is alive and well!
I am a dog lover 🐕 but don't have one as I still work full-time. When I do retire, I intend to adopt a retired racing greyhound and become a volunteer for the charity, Pets as Therapy.
In recent years I've enjoyed European City breaks for holidays. ✈ I'm looking forward to resuming these city breaks as soon as travel restrictions are lifted.
I enjoy vin rouge 🍷 and whisky 🥃.
I'm a day person, early to bed, early to rise, I love the mornings.
I've grown tired of watching television. When I have time to put my feet up, listening to music and reading has become much more preferable.

I do enjoy attending orchestral concerts 🎻.
Love the music of such composers as Shostakovich and Vaughan Williams.
I also love many different genres of music.
I enjoy a good art gallery and museum, especially if it has a good café. ☕
I enjoy photography.
I'm very easy going. I don't get stressed out or worry about things. When something unpleasant comes along, I just deal with it.
