About him
I've led an interesting life. I'm from North London, I've been a submariner and served on aircraft carriers (back when there was fixed wing aircraft in the navy). I'm a senior systems engineer specialising in complex electronics systems....so I'm quite handy round the house (I can fix your mobile phone even if the screen is smashed). I adore music and play two instruments (badly). I'm very handy in the kitchen (savoury and dessert, you should try my creme brulee). I love being active and outdoors I hike and climb. I love swimming and used to compete in it. I love films and collect many of them. I love watching football with friends and hold a season ticket for Arsenal. I enjoy horse racing and am a member of the Royal enclosure at ascot.

Someone who's fun to be with. Who will join me in my pursuits and will introduce me to her's. Someone who is kind and polite to everyone. She will not want to change anything about me because she loves me for who I am and not want she thinks I should be. She helps steady me when I stumble in life and let's me do the same for her. With eyes so alive I could stare into them and fully understand why time is relative.

Steven is that steadfast friend, the one who's down for that random adventure, the one who answers the phone every time and the one who is honest when you've done something stupid but reminds you of who you are and the love you deserve. His intelligence staggers me, alas he will never understand or appreciate the beauty in it. I cannot remember losing a pub quiz with him, no matter how much we had to drink. He loves to cook and we are tortured from afar (USA) with his pictures of fresh crab to sunday roast, to scones, to the hangover fry-up. Ask for his Turkish coffee, it was always my favorite. Like anybody, he's not perfect but he will admit it and frankly leave you laughing while doing so. Take a chance, go on an adventure, you might end up in the peaks having a picnic, or eating a pie at Emirates Stadium or sipping on bubbles at Ascot. Which ever way it goes, it won't be boring.
