About him
There is no particular reason for anyone wanting to know me.
I am just looking for an intelligent, well read, funny and above all witty companion. Someone who can light my life up and has a very open mind on many things.
I appreciate true friendship and companionship far more than a common love affair.
I am a quiet individual at large, but can work up quite a temper when people are either stubborn, capricious or arrogant.
I like movies, classical music, classic literature, history and science (but not in an academic way), but do not bother me with sports, too much politics or anything to do with economics.
My hobby is reading but also model kit building, as well as editing movies.
My relaxation moment comes when I put on either a Symphonic poem or some orchestral movie score.
I am officially retired, which means nothing to me, since by trade I am a stage actor and director, and as an artist one never truly retires. In my business one only retires when he's dead.
I am writing two screenplays and hope one day to be able to sell them and see them produced under my own directorial supervision.

I am not very demanding, but I would like to get to know a woman with a sense of humor, but not a frivolous one. Intelligent, well read, even further than I am, in order for me to still learn from her.
And yes, I may be an exigent idiot, but I would like to get to know a good looking woman, but not one artificially made up, as the many one can see pictured everywhere. She must be a natural beauty and when she makes herself up, just with a tiny touch here and there, just to enhance her best features.
I can't stress enough how important it would be to have a woman with a positive outlook on life, not a dreamer, but rather a well balanced one. I also would like her to be self-assured and steadfast in her opinions and tastes.
I am not an athletic guy in any way, although in my time I was rather agile and loved to run, ski and swim, but those days are behind me, and yet I wouldn't disdain to take long walks with my companion and discuss things of all sorts while doing that.
We may as well go dancing, although right now I am a bit rusty concerning the new kind of music existing.
The only thing that would really turn me off concerning my ideal partner would be if she's a liar and a cheat.
I like a person who is straightforward and honest and not a life gambler. In other words, a lady with her feet firmly planted to the ground, but not a stiff one either.
