About her
Most people say I'm sweet, intelligent and kind, and I like to think they're right. I like to look on the bright side wherever possible.
I love stories, reading, having a laugh and learning new things.
Outside work, I've spent quite a bit of time travelling and having moderately adventurous adventures - some of my favourites have been travelling from New Orleans to Memphis, riding a skidoo across a glacier in Iceland, like James Bond except slightly more cautious, and camel riding in Tunisia. I really enjoy exploring the history and culture of places I visit, balanced with a good bit of relaxation and sunshine.
My favourite things pre-Covid were spending time with friends, cosy pubs (ideally with board games), reading, writing, watching films, finding fun exhibitions and events to go to around London, and going to the theatre, opera and ballet occasionally too. My bike, Elle, is my pride and joy and I love taking scenic though not vertically-taxing rides around London. Since lockdown started, I've organised a couple of virtual quizzes for my friends, and found some interesting courses online to keep me occupied.
