I am a Canadian Dutch woman presently living in the UK.
I have been fairly independent the last many years, but am seeking to settle down and share life with a man of character, is respectful, kind, fun and interested in a healthy relationship and and who has or had a good work ethic.
I love skiing, hiking, cycling, working out, cooking, trying new recipes from other cultures. I love being on the water, boating sailing swimming.

I am seeking a man with a good heart and understands the importance of trust in a relationship and open and honest communication. Spending time together doing whatever we both like. I understand we both need time apart with other people, interests. I am a passionate person and chemistry is very important and essential.
I believe in my humble opinion, a healthy relationship works when both are in a safe place to talk about their vulnerability and privileged information. I believe we all need to look a bit deeper than the superficial and understand how and why we react and respond to certain situations. How do you handle disagreements?
I think issues can be resolved very quickly with a good attitude, listening and quick forgiveness.
I simply enjoy time with the my ideal partner. Time is the greatest gift. Doing things we both enjoy and learning to enjoy anything new my partner enjoys. Sharing new experiences together. I understand we both have out established identities other than being the partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife we would be together. I would enjoy getting to know my new partners children and family as well and understand the value and importance of established relationships.
I like holding hands, cuddling and having a good laugh. Life is serious enough. A deal breaker is cheating.
